Today is the start of a new challenge over at A gem of a Challenge
and our theme this week is
This is a great challenge for me as I've recently been enjoying doing some home décor items like this Wooden hanging heart I made for my DT creation..
I used the adorable Amelia digi image from Pink Gem Design because I had printed and coloured her with my Polychromos quite a while ago and she was just waiting to be added to the right creation lol
I used decoupage papers to cover the wooden heart. I added ribbon and pearls from my stash,
the sentiment was from an old kaisercraft kit I purchased years ago...
Finished off with some red flowers and leaves from WOC
I hope you will join in with our ANYTHING BUT A CARD challenge, I love to see everyone's creations. Please pop over to the Challenge Blog to link your entry and to see more inspiration from my teamies.
The prize as from Jan. 2016 is

2 Individual Digi images OR 2 Card Topper Kits OR one of each
(no sets or sentiment sets)
of the winners choice from PINKGEM DESIGNS.....
I'm entering my creation into the following challenges:

For the Men

Hello Crafty Friends
Hope you are all well. I've been working on some DT samples today before going to see my youngest son's class perform in a local Arts Festival. Just back home from school run so thought I'd best get this post up before I start dinner.
I will be scheduling some post this evening and then hope to pop by yours to see what you have been up to...
I have a few fathers day cards to share today, these were made using the Hobbies and Sports Little book from Hunkydory.
For both of these cards I used backing papers from a pad I picked up at a local warehouse,
Sentiments I printed on the computer.

Happy Birthday NAN

Good Morning Crafty Friends.
Hope you are all well..
We have sunshine here today thankfully. I'm so fed up of the dull dark and rainy days we've been having. Think we could all do with some sun lol
Now as its my nans birthday today I thought I would share the card I made to take to the crematorium.  My  Nan was such a big part of my life, a wonderful caring selfless person who always loved and cared for everyone. She taught me so much growing up and in my adult life too. Such an inspiration to me, I miss her dearly :-(
I used some LOTV/Nitwits papers and printed a beautiful verse that I found on the internet.. Embellished with die cut butterfly from Crafter's Companion, flowers/ribbon and pearls were from my stash..
Thanks For Stopping By Today

Photo Card

Good Morning Bloggers.
Happy Monday, Have you all had a good weekend?
I've got a very busy week ahead working on some Crafter's Companion Samples and also lots of school activities for my boys this week. But first I have to pop into the garage to catch up on some paperwork :-/
For todays card share I have birthday card that I was asked to make using a photograph.
I decided to use these bright pretty papers from Nitwits/LOTV
The wooden number two I picked up from a local warehouse then coloured with my spectrum noir pens. Finished off with a satin bow and a computer printed sentiment.
