New challenge at Crafty Ribbons

Hello everyone,

Oh dear I completely forgot it was my turn to post for Crafty ribbons this week..

Sorry ladies...

I have been playing nurse lol

Hubby and now Harley have this flu bug :-(

They are booked in at the docs tomorrow.. So hopefully will get something to help them get better..

Our new challenge this week at Crafty Ribbons is 

RIBBONS and BUTTONS

The prize this week is 

I have made many sewing themed card recently.. For this one I have used a digi image from milk coffee coloured with promarkers. DPs from LOTV. I die cut flowers and buttons in the centres.. The sentiment I printed from my computer.. Finished with fabric leaves, cotton reels and charm from my stash.. 

Ribbons Used are Cotton reels, Tape measure, and  Pastel buttons both available from Crafty ribbons

I really enjoyed making this card..

Pink teddy. - Candy winner???

Candy winner & a stitching card

Hope you are all well and have a had a good weekend

My boys are back at school tomorrow :-(

Easter and new ribbons

I inked around the edge of these images with mustard seed distress ink..

New release - day 2 sneaky peek..

Good morning everyone...

As you have probably seen there is a new release over at Crafty sentiments this week.

Today is day 2 of the sneak peeks and my turn to show you what I created using the new LETS CELEBRATE image.

I purchased a boxed white frame and added dp paper from Papermania.

Coloured the gorgeous new image using promarkers and cut out..

Die cut the oval panel and layered onto the background using silicone glue for dimension..

I then added flowers from WOC, pearls, gems and butterfly from my stash..

Really please how this looks..

I planned on doing this post yesterday but the day just ran away with me and after swimming I just didn't feel like it sorry. Anyway better late than never lol...

Tilda time...

Good morning all..

Hope you all had a good weekend, they go by too quickly, don't they..

The boys are off school this week so no time watching for me yay! Lol

I had another play with my pencils again last night.  I love my promarkers but do really want to master the pencil colouring too so I can have a variety of coloured images on my cards..

Here is my latest attempt at polychromos

I'm quite pleased how they have turned out, although I do think the girls skin looks a little too pink, what do you think? Any tips and advice would be very much appreciated..

Right now onto today's card share..

Now as it's coming up to Mother's Day there are a few tilda images that tend to show up on my blog and this is one of them..

Windy...

Hello everyone,

Hope you are all well and staying safe in the terrible weather conditions,

It's half two in the morning here but I can't sleep because of the wind :-(

I dread to think what our fence is like outside...:-(

Using one of my most used stamps from LOTV

I coloured this cutie with my promarkers and cut out with nesti's..

The gorgeous metallic shiney DPs are from a DCWV pad, they are really shiney and 

. I've made several cards using these papers and Layout.

Embellishes from my stash : wooden leaves and flower, paper flower and resin flower that hubby made from melt it embossing powder...

Good evening everyone,

Another late post for me again today.. 

Before I do get onto today's card share. I would just like to mention all the people who have unfortunately been affected by the horrendous flooding we are having in the uk, I wish everyone all the very best.. I hope and pray that things will improve very soon, so that you can start to rebuild, rescue your homes. I can't imagine how you must be feeling. Big hugs to you all... Xxxxx

For today's card share I have a Mother's Day card I've made for an order, you will be seeing a few of these popping up in the next few weeks.. I have been very very busy with orders :-)

I used the benson bear image again from crafty sentiments. He's a real cutie to colour and suitable for many occasions..

On this Mother's Day card Ive used DPs from papermania, organza, lace, gems and flowers from my stash.. I used a nesti die to cut out the LOTV sentiment stamp and punched the heart border panel 

using my MS punch.

Valentines

Good morning everyone,, 

hope you all had a good weekend 

I have Harley off school today, he had an accident at the skate park the weekend, nothing too serious but managed to land on his face and split his lip inside.. He is very swollen and a little sore.. 

  We had a little colouring time together last night and he got to play with my promarkers that he loves.. He wanted me to blog his attempt and blending,,.

What I've been doing

Good morning everyone,

WOW it's Friday, YAY!! Hope you all have something nice planned for the weekend.

This week I have been busy working on some birthday invites that I've been asked to make..

The birthday girl wanted them similar to a teddy Bo chocolate themed card I made a while ago.

Here is what I came up with

Some for the girls 

 And some for the boys

I used my new LOTV papers for all the invites, with Kraft, blue and pink cardstock.. I die cut the teddy Bo digi out using my nesti's.. Punched the small flower and added a pearl or stickles to the centers...

I used a gorgeous sewing themed image from MilkCoffee coloured with promarkers and inked around the edge with tumbled glass distress inks.

I embossing a blue panel and Matt and layered onto pink cardstock.

The DP is papermania, I used a LOTV sentiment stamp.

Valentines - bebunni.

Hope you've had a good day, it's soooo windy here tonight..

I have a card I made using my new be-bunni kit to show you today

Sorry about the fuzzy photo...:-(

I used backing papers Matt and layered onto white and pink cardstock. 

A be-bunni topper and sentiment topper. Punched out two hearts and used the be-bunni sentiment stamp 'you and me' stamped onto the white one...

A nice quick and simple design. Hope you like it..

Something a little different
