Some exciting news

Good morning crafters..

I have been bursting to tell you some good news for a while now and today's the day I can finally spill the beans lol...

I was delighted to receive an email from the lovely Lisa asking me to join the fab team over at the Cutie Pie Challenge.. It took me all of a few second to accept lol..

Well I do love everything CUTE ;-)

So today is my first day as DT and the theme for the next fortnight is 'ALL THE THREE'S'

So that means we want to see three of something on your creations..

I went for 3 papers,3 ribbons and 3 card candi

And as it's the cutie pies 3rd birthday what better way to celebrate than with 3 sponsors

Cute and cuddly

Evening everyone. 

We've had a lovely day at the park even though it was quite a dirty/muddy trip lol

So it was back and marched into the shower for the boys and a wash for poppy in the garden ;-)

Another Christmas card

Hello everyone and happy Saturday hope you all have something nice planned for this weekend.

I will be heading off to my craft room in a while to get some orders finished and to have another play with some teddy Bo images.. Think I got teddy fever at the moment ;-)

For today's card share I have use done of the cute images from crafty sentiments coloured with my promarkers and pencils 

Papers are a mixture from some of my Christmas pads..

I used some fab new Christmas ribbon available Here from crafty ribbons.

Sentiment from craftwork cards. Poinsettias are a die from spellbinders. :-)

I finished off with a touch of glitter for the hat and snow.

A bit of glitter and sparkle

Evening everyone

I had a lovely surprise the other day seeing I was chosen as one of the unforgettable entries at in the pink... Yay!! First time for me winning over there :-)

I've Coloured  this beauty with my pencils and added some liquid pearls and Stickles for some added sparkle 

I used some stunning papers from DCWV, these papers have a wonderful shine and metallic gold finish that don't really stand out in the picture.

I embellished with some gold organza ribbon, a charm and pearls from my stash..

Teddy Bea - Orange

Good morning everyone..

Happy Monday, hope you've all had a good weekend.

I have a card to share now that I made quite a while back but forgot to blog.

I was asked to make a card for a couple who own a cream and pale blue camper van..

This has to be my most favourite and used wedding stamp.. Just love the sweet looking couple and enjoy colouring this every time..

I used a campervan stamp from Kanban coloured with pencils.. Papers are LOTV. I embellished with flowers from WOC. Organza Ribbon and lace from my stash.. Pearl roses, peel off letters and gems also from my stash.

Believe in the magic of Christmas

Sorry I've been missed again... 

Housework and kiddies seem to be keeping me busy these past few days :-/

I've not stopped today and the washer is still on, don't know how people used to cope without all the electric equipment to help with house chores.. My nan used to tell me how she had to wash things by had for all the family in all sorts of weathers. Think we have things easy these days.

I've been seeing a lot of teddy Bo images appearing again round blog land and FB so thought I would dig a few of mine out.. - love this Christmas one 

I went for a softer feel with this, coloured with my pencils.. DPs are from Dovecraft, I used some lace ribbon from my stash and some happy Christmas ribbon from crafty ribbons.

I die cut the tree and inked edges with DI.

Finished off with some dots of liquid pearls

Baby pink

Hope you are all well.. It's been a lovely hot day today here in the midlands...

Right now I think it's time I showed a LOTV card 

After all, I think I did quite well not showing any for a week ;-)

But it does mean I need to make up for it,  So be prepared to be bombarded with them again over the weekend lol..

For today I just have one card to share using one of the pre coloured images from the babies art pad

I used papers from LOTV pads and mat and layered onto glitter board. For that little bit of bling..

I die cut the Image and layered onto a die cut glittered scalloped circle.

Embellished with ribbon, twine, charm and pearl stars from my stash.

The sentiment I printed from the computer..

White on white

Hello bloggers..

Hope everyone is well and having a good week..

The boys had a great time at their first swimming lesson yesterday, just wish I had booked them years ago.. Oh well better later than never :-( I suppose..

For today's card share I have a 60th anniversary card I was asked to make.

Love this white in white design..

I used white card and embossed with several different embossing folders.

I also used glitter card to die cut the nestabilities and the memory box heart 

The wooden numbers I sprayed with crafter companion spray and sparkle.

I had a surprise email yesterday that made me feel very happy.. And today I'm going with my sister to her 20week scan.. Doesn't seem 5 min since I was going to mine, how time flies.. Anyway I'm so excited, going to find out if I will be having a little nephew or niece lol...

A little touch of vintage Christmas

Good evening everyone..

Sorry I'm late posting, we have been busy reprinting the kitchen.. Lovely to have a good clean and paint, feels lovely and fresh again now :-)

I'm still trying to post cards keeping away from LOTV images lol... But think I will have to show you a few tomorrow as I'm getting withdrawals lol 

Right for today's card share I have used a gorgeous image from delightful sketches coloured with my pencils

I added some flowersoft to her dress for a little bit of texture.

Papers are a mixed of crafters companions and LOTV.

I embellished with organza and bells.

The poinsettia is die cut using a spellbinders die. I then added some gold stickles to the edges

First Christmas

Hello everyone

Hope you are all well...

Today is the start of a new challenge over at Crafty Ribbons and our theme this week is 

First Christmas - can be baby's first Christmas, or first Christmas card, first tag etc

I went with baby's first Christmas just because it is a great excuse to use this wonderful teddy bear ribbon available from crafty ribbons Here

I printed this cute digi available from pink gem designs called Teddy's first birthday

But thought it would work well for first Christmas too. So I printed the image twice- once onto white card then onto patterned paper. I cut the number out on the patterned one and glued to the white card one and coloured the teddies using my pencils.

Papers were a freebie with a magazine a year or two ago lol..

Finished with sentiment from a Boofle set.

Non LOTV lol..

Good afternoon all..

Well I'm here early today 😊 and have a NON LOTV card as promised, not sure how many days I can go without showing you one thou ;-)

I made this card quite a while back for a customer order...

I used glitter card for the main base, then a panel of white card embossed using my clouds embossing folder.. The cute image is a digi image from Mo Digital pencil, coloured with a few of my promarkers..

All the panels were layered onto white cardstock. Embellished with ribbon and pearls from my stash, and a couple of die cut crosses cut using my spellbinders dies.

A few for the men in our lives

My boys seem to be settling into their new classes quite well.  :-)

I hope you are not getting fed up of my LOTV makes lol..

Seem to be a little addicted to my LOTV images lately... Will try get some cards posted that are not LOTV for the rest of the week.. Well I will TRY!!! Lol.

Right anyway for today's share I have a couple of male makes.. Really enjoyed making these, quite pleased with the soft colour combo.. What do you think?

A selection of Christmas makes

Hello everyone, happy Friday.

Hope you've all had a good week.

I've had a busy one with my boys going back to school on Wednesday I've finally caught up on garage paperwork and sorted my paperwork ready for tax return.. So hoping to get crafting again this weekend ;-)

The boys settled into their new classes too... But it's horrible at home without them now.. Missing my little men! Lol..

I have managed to have a play with the fab new LOTV art pads! Has anyone else played with them yet? I think I prefer the previous sized images, I know we get more with the smaller ones but think I like the larger ones with the white around...

Good morning all..

Feeling a little down this week.. My boys go back to school tomorrow. :-(

Usually after the six weeks hols I am ready to get back to routine but this year I think they have flown by and me and the boys have had a great time together.. Going to miss them so much tomorrow :-(
